Introduction

BigMIND offers continuous data protection (CDP) through customizable scheduling settings. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up backup schedules.

For regular PCs, the computer must be powered on, not in sleep or hibernation mode, and the user must be logged into their profile for the scheduled backup to start. If these conditions are not met, the backup will be postponed to the next scheduled time.
On Windows server platforms, the BigMIND desktop application can execute scheduled backups even if no user is logged in to the server.
