Manage BigMIND Account Settings

Introduction

You have the flexibility to modify the settings of your BigMIND account at any given moment. These settings include:

  • Your displayed name
  • Login email address
  • Login password
  • Two Factor Authentication (2FA) option, which can be enabled or disabled. (Learn more)
  • Preferences for receiving promotional emails
  • Connection settings. (Learn more)
  • Auto sign-out preferences

How to Edit BigMIND Account Settings

  1. Sign in to your BigMIND web console as an admin user.
  2. Click on your name at the upper-right corner of the Dashboard page → Select the Account Settings option.
  3. Edit the information in the Account Settings page, and save your new settings.
Ensure to synchronize the BigMIND application after modifying the account settings to prevent disruption of the backup process.
