Introduction
Your files are more secure when stored in your BigMIND account compared to your computer. Within your account, other users cannot access your files, and likewise, you cannot access theirs.
BigMIND strictly prohibits its employees from viewing the content of files stored in your account. Moreover, we implement various physical and electronic security measures to safeguard user information against unauthorized access. It is important to note that a BigMIND employee will never request your account password.
