Introduction
If your current BigMIND plan no longer meets your needs, you can upgrade to a plan with additional cloud storage and more features.
Only the admin user has the authority to upgrade the plan for a BigMIND account.

How to Upgrade a BigMIND Account
- Sign in to your BigMIND web console as an admin user.
- From the left-side menu, select Upgrade.
- Select the plan you wish to upgrade to. A Checkout Summary pop-up window will be shown.
- Review the information about the selected plan, select the preferred Billing Cycle, and click Proceed to Checkout.
- From the Checkout Summary box, click the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Complete the payment process and ensure you receive a payment receipt via email.
