Upgrade BigMIND Account

Introduction

If your current BigMIND plan no longer meets your needs, you can upgrade to a plan with additional cloud storage and more features.

Only the admin user has the authority to upgrade the plan for a BigMIND account.
For further assistance, please contact the Sales team.

How to Upgrade a BigMIND Account

  1. Sign in to your BigMIND web console as an admin user.
  2. From the left-side menu, select Upgrade.
  3. Select the plan you wish to upgrade to. A Checkout Summary pop-up window will be shown.
  4. Review the information about the selected plan, select the preferred Billing Cycle, and click Proceed to Checkout.
  5. From the Checkout Summary box, click the Proceed to Checkout button.
  6. Complete the payment process and ensure you receive a payment receipt via email.
