Introduction
In BigMIND, administrators can set storage limits for users. When a user hits this limit, backups stop, and the message “You have reached your Storage Limit, to Increase Go to Manage Users” appears.
How to Adjust Cloud Storage Limits
- Sign in to your BigMIND online account as an administrator user.
- From the left-side menu, select Users / Servers.
- Click the Actions icon (
) of the user who you need to adjust their Cloud storage limit → Click the Set user’s limit → Select the type of storage to change its limit (Hot, Cold or OCR).
- Set the limit as you want to → OK.
