Error Message: “You have Reached your Storage Limit, to Increase Go to Manage Users”

Introduction

In BigMIND, administrators can set storage limits for users. When a user hits this limit, backups stop, and the message “You have reached your Storage Limit, to Increase Go to Manage Users” appears.

How to Adjust Cloud Storage Limits

1. Sign in to your BigMIND web console as an admin user.
2. From the left-side menu, select Users / Servers.
3. Click the Actions icon () of the user who you need to adjust their Cloud storage limit → Click the Set user’s limit → Select the type of storage to change its limit (Hot, Cold or OCR).
   
4. Set the limit as you want to → OK.
