Introduction
If you have upgraded your BigMIND account but do not see the changes reflected on the application, follow these steps to update your account information immediately on your desktop and mobile applications.
For Windows Desktop Application
- Open the BigMIND desktop application.
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Hover over the Tools option and click the Synchronize Account option.
For macOS Desktop Application
- Click the BigMIND icon at the menu (top) bar.
- Hover over the Tools option and click the Synchronize Account option.
For Android Application
- Open the BigMIND mobile application.
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Tap the Settings option.
- Tap the Account Info option.
- Tap the Sync account option.
For iOS Application
- Open the BigMIND mobile application.
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Tap the Settings option.
- Tap the Sync account option.
