Introduction
To permanently close a BigMIND account, adhere to the steps provided below to delete the account along with all data stored within it.
Warning! Deleting the account is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Deleting the account does not automatically terminate any active subscriptions linked to it. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel the BigMIND subscription. Assistance with this process can be sought from the Sales team.
How to Delete a BigMIND Account
1. Uninstall the BigMIND application from the devices that are linked to this account.
2. Sign in to your BigMIND web console.
If you do not remember the login password of this BigMIND account, start by resetting it as described here.
3. Click on your name at the upper-right corner of the page → Select the Account Settings option.
4. Under the NAME & EMAIL section of the Account Settings page, click on the Delete Account option.
5. Enter the sign-in password for this BigMIND account and let us know why you want to delete it.
6. Click the Delete button.
