As a white-labeled partner, you have the opportunity to enhance your brand’s visibility by utilizing a customizable mobile app that aligns with your company’s identity. The Cosmic Cloud app, available for both Android and iOS, offers a base platform that you can personalize with your branding elements. This allows your clients to interact with your brand whenever they use the app, reinforcing brand recognition and professionalism.
Customizing the Cosmic Cloud Mobile App
By default, as a white-labeled partner, you have access to our generic branded mobile app, Cosmic Cloud, available on both Android and iOS:
You can customize this Cosmic Cloud app to display your own brand name, logo, and theme. Once your clients install the app and sign into their accounts, they will experience a version that reflects your company’s identity, including your company name, a brief company description, your logo, and the app’s theme color.
How to Customize the Cosmic Cloud App
1. Sign in to the Partners web console.
2. In the left-hand pane, click on Branding.
3. Under the Mobile App tab, provide all the necessary company information and select your preferred theme color from the available options.
4. Click Save to apply your customizations.
Fully Customized Mobile App Options
If you require a fully customized mobile app setup, you will need to contact your account manager. They will provide you with a detailed requirements presentation along with specific technical and financial information. There are two fully customized mobile app options available for an additional one-time setup cost and a small annual maintenance fee:
- White-Label Basic
- White-Label Pro
These options offer advanced customization features, providing a more tailored experience for your clients.
